Daniel Stanev

Chief Credit Officer

With 16 years of dedicated experience in credit evaluation and decision-making, Daniel leads our company as Chief Credit Officer and Managing Director.

A seasoned credit professional, Daniel has held pivotal roles in global banking as Credit Manager and approving transactions officer at prestigious institutions like Westpac, Banque de Patrimoine Privé Luxembourg, Qatar National Bank, KBC Bank, and DLL/Rabobank. This extensive international career spans Australia, Europe and Asia bringing a depth of expertise in the credit risk space.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Banking from Sydney University, a Diploma in Construction Finance from Columbia University, Diploma in Financial Planning (RG146 compliant) from Northern Sydney Institute, alongside BSc from University of Economics.

This blend of rigorous academic training and extensive practical credit experience positions Daniel as a leader in delivering tailored private credit solutions.

David Saul

Chairman of Advisory Board

David Saul is a respected financial leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in SMSF audits and financial governance. He is well-known for his regulatory expertise and commitment to transparency and strategic vision.

David is also Secretary for the Catchers Trust (50% shareholder of Sydney Fish Market) and has played a pivotal role on Sydney Fish Market’s Leadership Committee securing circa $750 million approval for the building of the New Sydney Fish Market at Blackwattle Bay (due to be completed in 2025).

David’s proven deep expertise in governance is invaluable to us, supporting our mission to provide tailored private credit solutions.

David Howes

Advisory Board Member

David Howes has an impressive 30 years of experience in international credit and risk management.

His career includes 17 years as Credit Risk Manager at Westpac in Australia and over a decade as Director of Credit at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the USA, along with prior experience as Assistant Vice President of Credit at the Bank of New Hampshire USA.

David’s deep knowledge of global credit markets and strong leadership in risk assessment and sanctioning bring valuable perspective to us, assisting our company to deliver robust credit management.

Venetta Sacha

Venetta Sacha is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and business advisor with over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax, and business strategy.
